I should have known you were fake


I should have known you were nothing but a lying snake


Tempting me in an offer I couldn’t refuse to take


You gave me something that wasn’t yours to partake


I ate the fruit and felt shame but I will not take the blame


I heard the earth quake and didn’t know what was at stake


I didn’t know that the sin I committed was this great


The punishment was not worth the fruit I ate


Don’t look at me that way


It was an honest mistake.

Even though Singaporeans don’t get to experience the four seasons, we definitely know when is the season to be jolly. Christmas in the Tropics is festival that takes the carnival to the streets in Singapore’s all year round balmy, summer heat. To create our very own unique Christmas, I've replaced the Christmas tree with Singapore’s national flower,Vanda Miss Joaquim. I personally feel that HDB Flats with clothes hanging outside each apartment and cats loitering under hdb void deck are truly a unique scenic view in Singapore. Since Singapore doesn’t snow, I've also replaced the snowflakes with pollen grains from our very own garden city.

I've replaced the christmas tree with an orchard plant,

Change / 變幻

The climate is changing. The earth is warming up, and there is now overwhelming scientific consensus that it is happening, and human-induced. With global warming on the increase and species and their habitats on the decrease, chances for ecosystems to adapt naturally are diminishing.

Spring Thunder / 春雷

There is an ancient Chinese saying, "Growth begins with the advent of spring thunderstorms. In China, during the spring time there are often thunderstorms where people hear loud thunder but there is no rain. It is hence referred to as "spring thunder." During this seasonal period, the temperature starts to rise and the frequency of rain increases in China. In the great outdoors of southern China the peach trees and plum trees blossom pink, red and white, and birds sit poised on tree limbs.
